Sales Trainer

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Training team who one of the leaders in their field. As a member of the People team, you will deliver training to Field Sales Agents, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness predominantly for the Commercial team.


  • Creating and executing training, with particular emphasis on product and sales training for sales, on a one on one and group delivery basis.
  • Train out new or upgraded products.
  • Ensuring all new hires into sales are trained with appropriate levels of information and product knowledge.
  • Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs.
  • Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.  Translate existing PPT learnings into e-learnings where appropriate.


  • Proven experience as a Trainer in Fintech or Payments.
  • Design and delivery of product and sales training.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Must be able to travel to field sales agents. (You will need to have your own car)
