Sales Operations Manager (Telesales)

About the Role

We Are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational Sales Operations Manager to join our clients highly successful, rapidly expanding team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.

The Successful Candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Sales Specialists to deliver and exceed sales targets and drive a great sales culture within the business.

Hybrid Working - 3 Days in the office and 2 working from home
Monday to Friday - Some weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure achievement of targets
● Line manage Sales Specialists team
● Maintain quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency
● Deliver daily sales meetings to inspire, motivate and set daily sales targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
● Create a strong sales culture and trialling new ways of working e.g. sales methodologies/ frameworks
● Be a key point of contact for general team queries, quickly responding to and dealing with issues effectively
● Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
● Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example
● Collect, organise, and analyse sales data to generate insights and track KPIs
● Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
● Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, reporting statistics daily to the Head of Operations
● Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
● Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards
● Continuously identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancements
● Lead recruitment to identify future sales talent in line with growth

● Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
● Competent excel user
● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
● Leadership abilities and experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
● Strong project management skills and attention to detail
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
● Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity
● Appetite to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
