Talent Acquisition Manager - Fintech
Kingston upon Hull

About the Role

As an established internal recruitment professional, you’ll be accountable for the entire recruitment lifecycle, with the key focus on ensuring you attract and retain the best talent the market has to offer by supporting hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.

You will collaborate and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, whilst proposing and supporting ongoing improvements to business recruitment strategy, to achieve positive hiring outcomes for all concerned.

This can be based in either of our clients sites in Hull, Nottingham or London.

Salary: £50,000 + £10k Bonus on achievement of targets

Duties:

  • Be a key point of contact across the business to manage vacant positions partnering with key stakeholders to plan and evaluate how to recruit roles of all levels.
  • Source candidates through online channels
  • Proactively sourcing, engaging with and building a pipeline of specialist talent - collaborating with stakeholders and HR colleagues, to develop strategies for identifying and reaching out to a specialist, hard-to-reach talent.
  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Creating engaging recruitment campaigns that will support business goals and deliver a memorable recruitment experience.
  • Achieve the recruitment budget by using low-cost effective recruitment methods.
  • Using data to continuously review, report on, and refine recruitment campaigns and strategies.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of recruiting top tier candidates (preferably within the fintech industry), within an agency, search firm or inhouse role.
  • Experience of volume, proactive sourcing, engaging with and building a pipeline of specialist talent.
  • Experience of researching and delivering meaningful talent insights into current and emerging market trends, to inform and shape hiring plans.
  • Proactive and results-focused with the ability to take initiative.
  • ATS experience producing compelling talent acquisition analytics and plans.
  • Fintech or Payment Solutions experience (Essential)
