About the Role
We are delighted to be working with a well known marketing leading brand in their field! Award winning organisation, that is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their Operational Excellence function. You will play a key part in the strategic planning, development & support of all IT Solutions and Services within the organisation.
- The IT Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating & delivering a wide range of IT projects and change initiatives across the business technology & Infrastructure.
- Responsible for IT services, delivered in both internal & external, as required by the business.
- Tasked with management & maintenance of the business systems, architecture and infrastructure.
- To manage security alerts & provide a robust & proactive reliable level of service for all stakeholders.
What we are looking for from you…
- Strong IT background working in a similar environment
- Strong communicator, with the ability to engage, collaborate and take people on a journey to deliver meaningful business change.
- Strong experience in different IT methodology. Fore example, Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Experience of working on digital IT projects/change initiatives.
- Good stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels.
