About the Role

As my client continues to expand and grow, they are looking for Passionate and B2B focussed Business Development Representatives to join their fast-paced organisation which already boasts almost 600 staff around the globe

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular given strategy. 

This role would suit a real hunter gatherer, who enjoys business development and has a keen eye for detail in explaining the product/service on offer.

Fully Remote UK role - Monday to Friday Office hours
Salary DUE £40K to £100K
 
Responsibilities

  • Identify Sales opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to Pitch via online platforms and close deals.
  • Short sales cycle business
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years' prior business development experience (ideally HR, Marketing, I.T)
  • Experienced in using LinkedIn as a sales relationship tool to gain online appoints is a 100% requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in the full sales cycle from finding the potential client to pitching via online platforms to Stakeholders, closing deals and signing contracts.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
