Brand & Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are sourcing an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager for our client whom require a real leader for their brand messaging, internal communications & to lead their external marketing campaigns.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large service business going through growth & expansion. To lead the brand marketing strategy allowing customers to really see the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, Develop the Marketing Brand team making sure they stay happy, focused on achieving the business goals delivering exciting, engaging & effective marketing activity.
    • To grow the business brand, communications & marketing channels, drive engagement and traffic to business services.
    • Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy - oversee testing (for marketing attraction - sales, acquisition, consumer retention & consumer engagement)
    • Managing and leading creative agencies to execute the business marketing campaigns.
    • Monitoring the performance of the business brand through business related key performance indicators (KPI)
    • Supporting the objectives of business brand strategy – building a culture capable of excelling & process orientated for digitally-led sustainable business into the future.
Essential skills / Experience Required:
  • Experience in a similar role in marketing/ Email marketing (strong)
  • Experience with content such as press releases, SEO content, artwork, print and digital media.
  • Experience within any/ all of the following - (IDM, CIM, CIPR)
  • Our client is a growing business so project management experience driving digital change.
  • Experience within working for a Service business - this is not a business selling a product we require a candidate whom has experience selling a service through brand awareness
  • SKILLS & Technical (ideal NOT essential) - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML & Email marketing.
