Customer Administrator
Newcastle upon Tyne

About the Role

If you love customer service & customer experience and are motivated by making life easier for others, this is the role for you. This role is fast-paced with a mix of inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and assessing documentation provided by the customer. Our client pride themselves on offering outstanding customer service to their customers and require passionate and committed individuals to join them as they continue their growth.

Salary:
 £23,918 - Mon-Fri 8:45am - 5.30PM. The company offers Hybrid working 2 days in the office (Newcastle) and 3 working at home! 

  • Progressing applications for prospective customers and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Making phone calls throughout the day and sending emails to chase responses 
  • Educating customers on the requirements in order to establish affordability and suitability for a product and assisting them in how to provide.
  • Taking phone calls and assessing emails to update applications and our customers on progress.
  • Completing detailed and accurate final reports to reflect all investigations to make recommendations to our clients based on information gathered.
