Fully Remote - Night time - Inbound Customer Service Advisor's - Permanent
We’re currently looking for enthusiastic customer service focused individuals who put customers first, enjoy problem solving, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers’ expectations!
Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who have consistently been at the top of their game within the Contact Centre Industry.
Salary - £26,527
Rotas
Rota Example
Week 1 - 16:45pm - 00:45pm Tuesday to Saturday
Week 2 - 00:45 - 08:45am - Thursday to Monday
Week 3 - 22:00 - 6am - Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun
Saturday and Sunday shifts are always 2pm till 10pm or 10pm till 6am
Who are we looking for?
• A great communicator who is enthusiastic about helping customers, has a passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products that fit a customer’s requirements.
• Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt. Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
• Be self-motivated and can work from home with minimal supervision. Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Contact Centre Customer service experience Is essential
• Good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
• Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high number of calls/emails within a shift
• Must have worked in a past position that includes a night shift in the past
