You'll be instrumental in identifying risks, documenting defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that help deliver the best possible service to its members.

About the Role:
As a QA Support Analyst, you'll work alongside the QA Lead and development teams to test, analyse, and ensure the integrity of the administration systems. You'll be instrumental in identifying risks, documenting defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that help deliver the best possible service to its members.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Log and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues
- Collaborate across teams to ensure full test coverage and alignment with system requirements
- Support user acceptance testing and assist users with troubleshooting
- Participate in system design reviews to ensure quality from the start
- Maintain QA documentation and contribute to refining QA processes
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
- Experience with test planning and execution
- Proficient in functional, regression, and performance testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality
Desirable:
- Experience with pension administration systems or financial services
- Knowledge of automation testing tools
- Familiarity with SQL and database testing
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Software testing certification (e.g., ISTQB)
